Corhaven Developments is a property development company delivering new homes across the Thames Valley region and surrounding areas. We convert underused commercial buildings into high-quality apartments and houses, and develop land that already has planning permission.
We deliver homes for sale on the open market and for institutional and affordable housing partners. Projects are funded through a combination of our own funds, commercial finance, private lenders and, where appropriate, institutional partners.
Our team brings expertise across every phase of development, from site acquisition through planning, design and construction. We design modern, energy-efficient homes for first-time buyers, families and downsizers.
