Housing Demand and Regeneration
There is an overwhelming demand for new homes in the UK, and a distinct shortage of attractive, high-quality housing. Our interest in property development stems from this overarching need. Since our projects focus on regenerating tired and underutilised buildings, we not only contribute to meeting the housing demand, but we do so in a way that reflects the growing need for the built environment to reduce its carbon footprint. Additionally, our designs help minimise carbon emissions by future occupants.
Project Scale
We target properties in desirable locations that meet assessed local demand. Our focus is on small-scale projects, typically providing between 5 and 20 apartments. Project Gross Development Values (GDVs) typically range between £750k and £3m.
