David-John Williams

Director – Corhaven Developments

David-John’s connection with property development began during his school holidays, when he would assist his father, who owned a building design services company. He spent time both in the drawing office and on-site, and soon began to appreciate the design-build transformation process. In the 1990s, David-John ventured into property as a landlord, providing multiple-occupancy accommodation in the West Midlands, and later, social housing in Oxfordshire.

Now, as an entrepreneur and leader, David-John has returned to the property sector to establish and grow Corhaven Developments, driven by a commitment and enthusiasm to provide quality homes and deliver good returns to lenders. He brings a wealth of leadership and business expertise. David-John served for 20 years as an officer in the Royal Air Force before transitioning to civilian life in 2012. He went on to complete an MBA at Ashridge Business School, before taking on two key roles within the NHS: first at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and subsequently as a Head of Service at the East of England Ambulance Service Trust.
