Now, as an entrepreneur and leader, David-John has returned to the property sector to establish and grow Corhaven Developments, driven by a commitment and enthusiasm to provide quality homes and deliver good returns to lenders. He brings a wealth of leadership and business expertise. David-John served for 20 years as an officer in the Royal Air Force before transitioning to civilian life in 2012. He went on to complete an MBA at Ashridge Business School, before taking on two key roles within the NHS: first at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and subsequently as a Head of Service at the East of England Ambulance Service Trust.

Mark Tugwell MCIOB
Project Manager – Cowleaze Project Management
Mark has been in the construction industry for 24 years. He holds a Masters level qualification in Construction Project Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, the world’s largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership.
For the first part of his career, Mark specialized in site manager roles typically for the Main Contractor and worked his way up through the ranks to Contracts Manager. Projects undertaken included: Re-development of an existing hospital site (£12m) as Assistant Site Manager and refurbishment of a grade 2* listed manor house (£1.8m) as Project/Contracts Manager.
He has since refocused his extensive construction management knowledge and experience as a contractor to support developers as their client-side Project Manager. In 2021 Mark founded Cowleaze Project Management and has supported private clients and prestigious commercial entities, including renowned luxury brands such as Daylesford, Lakes by Yoo, and exclusive hotels like Pennyhill Park. He has been responsible for preconstruction and construction phase programme management, contract administration, building design co-ordination, and site and project management on schemes costing from £500k to £15m.

Architect – Spratley and Partners
Rob designs and delivers schemes across the commercial, residential and public sectors. He is experienced at designing technically challenging projects including the refurbishment and rooftop extension at The Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research at the John Radcliffe hospital campus. Rob has recently completed work on 21 St James’s Square, the substantial refurbishment of an historically significant office building in central London.
As Director, Rob has responsibility for establishing best practice within the technical design and delivery teams. This enables us to remain at the forefront of BIM and ensures our people, processes and technology deliver exceptional projects.
