What type of projects does Corhaven Developments consider?
The majority of the projects we consider fall within a GDV range of £750k to £3m. They are most commonly commercial or industrial conversions to residential apartments. We look for projects that can be completed within 6 to 12 months.
Where in the country do you operate?
We undertake projects in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Surrey, but we also consider opportunities in Oxfordshire and other parts of the Home Counties.
Are the projects self-funded by Corhaven Developments?
Each project is unique, but we aim to transform each site using a combination of our own funds, commercial finance, and third-party funding from our panel of private lenders.
