Change of Use: Class MA Office to Resi

One of our commercial clients approached us in regard to an under-performing office asset and to look at options for conversion into residential, among a range of other feasibility studies.

We gained approval for the change of use in March 2025, including a submission through the new Gateway process as part of the Building Safety Act, due to the height of the building.
